My spice cupboard is overflowing with little jars, most of them McCormick, so I’m thrilled to spread the word about McCormick’s Great Spring Flavors Baking Contest!
Click here to read the official rules, but basically you can participate by following McCormick on Pinterest and making one of their recipes and posting pictures of your beautiful and delicious finished product. There are dozens of exciting prizes, so be sure to enter by the deadline (11:59 pm April 22)!
I chose to make one of my favorite things ever: blueberry muffins. I’ve tried handfuls of different recipes, and the recipe on McCormick’s website is a keeper for sure. These muffins were moist and delicious (thank you sour cream). I like to eat blueberry muffin recipes in various forms, particularly loaf form (as pictured!) and JUMBO muffin form (so one is really enough…).
