MY REVIEW
Since I started Vanilla Joy in 2007, I’ve gotten a lot of great stuff to try out and review, and the Sport-Brella is definitely in my list of summer favorites.
Basically, the Sport-Brella is a compact, lightweight, and enormous umbrella, perfect for sporting events, the beach, or your back yard and we’ve used ours all summer long. It’s quick to set up (less than 5 minutes), it’s sturdy, and most importantly, it provides enough shade for our entire family no matter where we go.
The Sport-Brella provides 8 feet of coverage and has side flaps for extended protection. It also has vents and zippered windows to allow the breeze to pass through and keep you even cooler in the shade. It’s sun and weather protected, water repellent, and has internal pockets for your gear. It weighs 9 pounds and is the perfect summer shade solution!
We’ve taken ours on all our camping trips this summer and I’m happy to say that we have not had any sunburns! For us, having portable shade umbrella like this means we stay cooler and don’t get sun burned, so we can stay outside all day every day.
