Today’s Mama has teamed up once again with Provo Craft to bring Cricut Crazies another Cricut Ticket campaign!
The grand prize this time is $100k and a 7 day cruise, and you win by finding a golden Cricut ticket in 4
of the newest cartridges (Freshly Picked, Mini Monsters, Cindy Loo, and Wall Decor and More). Plus there are lots of other prizes too.
I got to review Freshly Picked and I’ve had tons of fun using it to create some springy and garden fresh craft projects.
I am forever opening containers in my fridge to see what surprise is hidden within, so with all the veggie designs and words in this cartridge, I came up with some veggie labels to make my ingredient hunting a little easier.
I used my Cricut markers to draw the designs and then colored them in. Besides these 4 veggies, there’s pumpkin, peas, beets, eggplant, lettuce and squash.
Gardeners? Oh the labeling possibilities for your endless fresh produce…
Next I figured it was time to freshen up my counter top fruit container. I was using a large glass punch bowl, but a nice wicker basket is so much more cozy looking. I made this little sign to brighten things up further…
And lest I forget what I have planted where, some sign post labels for my herbs. (Each image in this cartridge has this sign post option.)
Every cartridge should have the capability to make greeting cards, and this one is superb with all the flowers, garden gnomes, and tools. I love how the flowers are already potted too as that saves me lots of glueing and frustration.
Cricut has done something different with their layers in the last few sets of newly released cartridges. Most of the older cartridges have one base layer and then all the additional accessories are separate tiny pieces, but now they’re doing everything in larger layers which makes the assembly so much easier.
Each design also has a frame option. So many cute things and project possibilities, and I didn’t even get into scrapbooking!
