Today I’m going to teach you a little something that should help you keep your linen closet a bit more sightly and orderly – how to properly fold a fitted sheet!
Those fitted sheets can be a real pain, but not if you know how to fold them properly. I have produced a short video demonstration to help you fold your fitted sheets neatly.
How easy was that?!?
Below I’ve added some pictures and written instructions for each step on how to fold your fitted bed sheets:
Bring the wrong sides of two corners together (the two corners along the long edge of the sheet) and tuck one inside the other so the seams are touching and the fabric is wrong sides together.
Holding what you’ve folded so far with your left hand inside the corners, bring the next adjacent corner on the top side up and match that seam with the other two.
Bring the final corner up to match the other three so that all four corners are tucked inside one another.
Lay the sheet on the floor and straighten into a rectangle.
Finish folding/rolling according to your preference.
